Pharmanovia appoints Julia Schüssler as Chief People and Culture Officer and John Parsons as General Counsel to support next phase of growth

Pharmanovia, a global specialty pharmaceutical company, has today announced the appointment of Julia Schüssler as Chief People and Culture Officer and John Parsons as General Counsel. Both join Pharmanovia’s Executive Leadership Team, strengthening the company’s leadership capabilities to support its next phase of growth.

Julia joins with extensive experience across international organisations including Opella, STADA and KPMG. She brings a strong track record in strengthening organisational capability and culture, as a driver of business performance.

John joins with significant legal, governance and compliance experience across the pharmaceutical sector, having held senior roles in organisations including Organon, MSD, Gilead and Eisai. He brings expertise in supporting businesses through growth and transformation, while maintaining legal and compliance rigour.
