About the role:

We are currently looking to recruit a Nordic Sales Manager. You will be part of the Nordic commercial team, located in Copenhagen, Denmark. This position is field based, covering customers in the Nordics. (Denmark, Sweden, and Norway).

As Nordic Sales Manager, your primary role will be to drive sales growth through and together with a strong and experienced KAM team. You have experience creating strong results and customer relationships, communicating with different key stakeholders within the Life Sciences industry and closing full cycle of commercial offers (including public tenders). You have an eye for business opportunities and skills to implement market strategies. Self-motivated, driven, and willing to travel, you strive to deliver results and enjoy working in a team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Growing sales through an understanding of the market, customer needs and acting on opportunities
  • Leading and managing the Nordic KAM team, through coaching, co-travelling, following up on KPI’s and Goals & Objections
  • Developing key customer relationships into long term partnerships
  • Driving marketing campaigns and value-added training activities
  • Increasing customer satisfaction and providing feedback to the Nordic Commercial team

About you:

Candidates with 5 or more years’ experience as a Sales Manager within Life Sciences are likely to have the right level of skills and knowledge to be successful in this role. Also required:

  • MSc in relevant field: business administration, scientific
  • Strategic, structured, and goal-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fast learner, eager to learn
  • Fluent English and Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Pragmatic and an enjoyment of getting involved in the growth of the business
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organisation
  • Business-driven, fully accustomed to financial analysis and reporting
  • Results-driven, with experience and/or relevant skills in terms of working and partnering with external, client stakeholders as well as internal teams
  • Data-driven in decision making, with the ability to analyse complex situations, focus on the key issues and communicate with clarity and conciseness
