The role:

This is a varied and interesting role, working closely with Regional Business Manager, functional departments and commercial distribution partners. You will be responsible for driving business and operations excellence, reviewing and strengthening our systems and processes, as well as lead process improvement and derive solutions to improve demand planning and order fulfilment, ensuring high performance through all our commercial operations.


  • Supporting the Regional Business Manager in day-to-day management and monitoring of demand planning, order fulfilment, business transition, other non-commercial operations
  • Monitoring and reporting on partner inventory and risks associated with stock levels
  • Supporting commercial distribution partner sales team to establish order resolution processes, to ensure effective closure of customer issues
  • Ensuring company SOPs are followed and comply with legal, professional and ethical standards
  • Demand planning and business onboarding activities, in coordination with regulatory and quality, and managing business partner relationships
  • Ensuring change controls are started, executed, and closed in a timely manner

What we are looking for:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of three years’ working experience in logistics, healthcare, manufacturing or FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge in quality and continuous improvement tools
  • Proven track record in documenting and communicating solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong planning and time management skills to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of ISO, cGMP are distinct advantages
