About the role:

The Benelux QA team based in Breda consists of three people and is part of a worldwide QA team. The QA Specialist will support both the Responsible Person and the QA Officer in maintaining, implementing, and monitoring the local quality system as well as its future integration into the global dynamics by:

  • Maintaining internal quality standards to ensure that processes and procedures comply with GDP legislation and regulations
  • Performing tasks such as complaint handling, customer verification, returns check (before assessment by the RP)
  • Jointly developing procedures for quality improvement and follow-up of the resulting actions
  • Drafting and handling change control documents, deviations, and CAPAs
  • Participating in risk assessments
  • Ensuring that self-inspections are carried out
  • Preparation of regular quality reports to be presented to QA as well as management team
  • Monitoring key Quality KPIs

About you:

  • 2 years’ experience in a QA/GDP environment
  • Sound knowledge of GDP standards
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Excellent English skills
  • Able to recognise problems and tackle them systematically
  • An eye for detail
  • Able to assess and analyse quality issues effectively

This is a permanent, part time position and applicants should be available part time, ideally working 4-5 hours daily. For a candidate with relevant background and interest this role could be eligible to evolve into an RP position.
