Reporting into the Senior Product Manager, in this role you will manage day to day activities as the Project Manager of assigned product development projects. The works include, but are not limited to, creation-monitoring-controlling of project plans, external and internal stakeholder communication, leading regular project meetings & prepare MOM, identify and flag risk, working on mitigation of issues and ensuring project timelines and commitments are adhered to.
You will work with cross function teams like Technical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Commercial, Supply Chain, CDMO (Contract Development & Manufacturing Organisation), Partners, and Pharmacovigilance/ Medical team to ensure integrated approach to project management and planning.
Key skills required are an understanding of basic knowledge of drug development and registration process in Pharmaceuticals, good attention to detail, proactive nature and confident communicator, both within the business and with external partners. The ideal candidate would also be a problem solver with an inquisitive mind and appetite to develop their technical skills. The department has an ethos of continuous improvement, refining systems and creating efficiencies. This, along with the rapid growth of the business, leads to a varied and dynamic working environment.
Candidates with 8 to 12 years’ relevant experience in project management, ideally with exposure to pharmaceutical formulation/analytical/packaging, are likely to have the skills required to be successful in this role. We are also looking for:
