About the role:

As our Project Coordinator you will be a key member of the Project Management Office and work closely with the Head of PMO, and Project Management Teams, to support general administrative activities within a growing company. This role is maternity cover on a fixed term contract basis of up to 12-18 months.

Main responsibilities & duties:

  • Supporting the Head of PMO with diary management and administrative functions
  • Supporting the preparation of presentations and memos for key internal and external meetings
  • Managing documentation such as filing, keeping spreadsheets and logs up to date and maintained within the projects team
  • Organising meetings and taking responsibility for provision of refreshments and lunches
  • Ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness and communication with all internal and external parties
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for external meetings
  • Raising orders for and keeping track of requested CPPs
  • Assisting the specialism groups within the PMO with their activities
  • Processing documentation for legalisation
  • Creating trackers and helping maintain processes
  • Maintaining SharePoint structure
  • Amending and helping implement new filing processes when required
  • Helping assist and provide training to employees with SharePoint
  • Organising induction training for new joiners

About you:

  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Well-organised, able to work efficiently and to prioritise workload effectively
  • Self-starter and able to work as part of a small, fast-growing cross functional team.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and a natural problem-solver
  • Approachable, helpful and flexible
