Job description:

The role is a key central link between the company’s commercial, product development and partnering (acquisition / licensing) functions.

The role focusses on an innovation-led pipeline build, focussing on new IP creation through cogent evaluation of unmet therapeutic gaps and commercial prospects.

  • Incremental innovation in a clinical setting by differentiation of products (molecules) to improve clinical advantage, patient benefit or HCP value
  • Repurposing of molecules for new indications
  • Novel orphan or paediatric opportunities with an IP-Protection
  • Niche Gx with entry barriers
  • Tactical Commercial Opportunities
  • Product lifecycle management

Main responsibilities & duties:

  • Work with both developers and users to implement new products
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on product performance, competitive position, product innovation and product development
  • Identify, plan and implement process improvement to improve quality and reduce waste and rework
  • Support technology advancement
  • Assist in identifying required product modifications and enhancements
  • Assist in product development strategy formulation
  • Ability to drive project deliverables to achieve business results
  • Work with the management team to design solutions and strategies

Person Specification

  • Degree in Business Administration, Life sciences or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to inspire creative thinking, development and growth
  • Knowledge and experience in relevant therapeutic arears and development of Business Cases
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English
