Our Graduate Scheme:

In this role as Commercial Support for the CEE/CIS region (Central and Eastern Europe/Central Independent States) your daily tasks will include support and communication with internal and external Stakeholders, monitoring performances, and executing processes:


  • Supporting multidisciplinary Teams for correcting and preventing supply disruption
  • Keeping connections with all functions and supporting their requirements
  • Supporting and ensuring internal Processes and SOPs are timely executed
  • Monitoring FP shipments and keeping track of the Stock in Sales Position
  • Supporting managing bottlenecks, preparation of monthly reports, annual budgets and LRP
  • Drafting preliminary Sales/Stock Monthly (Re) Forecasts for validation and submission
  • Keeping track of In-Market Sales
  • Responsibility of CEE/CIS regional databases, regular updates and sharing with respective departments – dx partners database, contracts terms database, pricing database, regulatory database
  • Tracking actual sales against budget and POs to avoid OOS situations as well as excessive stock and to indicate potential parallel trade issues
  • Monitoring Key Customers (In-Market) performances and run ad hoc analysis, when required
  • Monitoring Tenders Agendas, track adjudication-start-termination


  • Monitoring Competition, with focus on Shortages (LA website) and P&R
  • Keeping IQVIA Performances updates and run ad hoc analysis, when required
  • Interfacing with Local partners and end Customers for several topics (such as POs, KPIs, Sales reports, queries, shipments, financial flow, etc.)
  • Supporting multidisciplinary Teams, for correcting and preventing supply disruption
  • Facilitating communication with Local Stakeholders (Partners, Dx, Proxy, Vendors, etc.)
  • Actively supporting the management of Customer Service, including requests and answers

About you:

  • Minimum 2.1 degree in a relevant subject
  • First-class numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent standard of written and verbal communication in business English; able to relate to stakeholders at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds
  • Strong aptitude for technology and highly proficient in the use of MS Office particularly intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain resilience, learn quickly and navigate ambiguity
  • Flexibility to align to the working requirements of a fast-paced Graduate scheme
  • Commercial acumen that can be applied with insight to inform or deliver results
  • Relevant work experience by the way of placement would be desirable, but not essential
  • A personal interest in sustainability and environmental issues
  • A self-starter, confidently work independently and build collaborative relationships
  • Project management skills
