Our Graduate Scheme:

Giving the rapid growth of the business, as our Product Introduction Graduate at Pharmanovia, you will be joining a large and international team and you will be exposed to a varied and dynamic working environment.  You will be part of our product introduction & tendering team that sits in commercial operations. Our department’s vision is to launch products that will benefit our patients and support Pharmanovia’s growth. The role will report directly to the Senior Director for Product Introduction & Tendering), and you will be involved in:

  • Setting up product introduction plans, providing report against progress and project milestones
  • Producing regular updates/reports of ongoing product introduction activities
  • Owing product introduction tasks in the product introduction process (e.g. raising change controls, coordinating and producing kick-off meeting templates/ minutes and action logs)
  • Working in coordination with cross-functional teams, mapping out functional bottlenecks and with functional support develop mitigation plans for those bottlenecks
  • Developing knowledge of product introduction on a global and regional basis
  • Bringing new ways of working/ approaches to product introduction

About you:

  • On track to achieve a minimum 2.1 degree in a relevant subject (e.g., life & health sciences, data sciences, quantitative disciplines, chemistry, economics, business studies, computing, statistics)
  • Strong aptitude for technology and highly proficient in the use of MS Office particularly intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • First class numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent standard of written and verbal communication in business English
  • Ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds
  • Flexibility to align to the working requirements of a fast-paced graduate scheme
  • Relevant work experience by the way of placement would be desirable, but not essential
  • Demonstrable evidence of problem-solving
  • Project management skills
