The 2-year Graduate scheme will offer significant development opportunities as you gain a wide understanding of market access from a global and local perspective. Successful market access strategy and execution are universally important and are critical to therapy launch success. In this role you will learn about the challenges and leading practices associated with launching new products in different therapy areas. Health economics and value communication, pricing analytics, payer engagement, collaboration, and reimbursement submissions, are just a few of the tasks we perform. You will also be learning about pricing strategy, ensuring timely launch readiness is achieved. This includes early evidence gap analysis for HTA submissions, mapping of local requirements, pricing and launch sequence analysis and finally preparing the price and reimbursement submissions. Market access is fully integrated across the value chain from early asset evaluation to launch assets and you will be supporting at regional and country level to drive access activities for in-market brands.
