Our Graduate Scheme:

As an Operations Graduate at Pharmanovia, you will be joining a large and international team which includes Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Technical, Project Management and Business Operations. Our operations department has an ethos of continuous improvement, refining systems and creating efficiencies. This, along with the rapid growth of the business, leads to a varied and dynamic working environment. You will be taking part in projects and activities including:

  • Working with the COO to support in delivering functional and company goals
  • Owning and leading the analysis and reporting of key performance metrics relating to Operations
  • Working alongside Supply Chain and Finance on our Inventory Management and optimisation projects
  • Supporting with business analysis and drawing insights from data and making recommendations to the business
  • Trouble shooting issues relevant to product availability and production schedules
  • Resolving problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, customs clearance, or customer issues.

About you:

  • Minimum 2.1 degree in a relevant subject (e.g., economics, quantitative discipline, or business)
  • First class numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent standard of written and verbal communication in business English, able to relate to stakeholders at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds
  • Strong aptitude for technology and highly proficient in the use of MS Office particularly intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain resilience, learn quickly and navigate ambiguity
  • Flexibility to align to the working requirements of a fast-paced Graduate scheme
  • Relevant work experience by the way of placement would be desirable, but not essential
  • Demonstrable evidence of problem-solving
  • Project management skills
  • Organisational skills
