Pharmanovia is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company with a portfolio of over 20 brands across 140+ markets. Our team of over 250 employees are based globally across our offices in the UK, Denmark, Netherlands, Switzerland, Dubai, India, Australia, Singapore and Italy.
Since we first opened our doors in 2013, we have focused single-mindedly on delivering high-quality branded prescription medicines to patients, prescribers and healthcare providers across the globe. We specialise in many different areas including cardiovascular, endocrinology, neurology, and oncology.
Starting this summer within your chosen area of specialism, you will get the opportunity to contribute to key projects, learn best practices and processes through which you will acquire business-critical competencies. Whilst roles and responsibilities vary, the 2-year programme is designed for graduates to work closely with leadership, learning from established mentors and developing a network of outstanding colleagues.
At the end of the successful completion of our two-year scheme, the successful graduates will have strong employment prospects as we hope to be able to offer you the chance to secure a full-time role with our brightest minds, in a department that will keep developing your career.
Strategy and Business Insights: supporting the development of multiple initiatives to drive high level performance in a commercial-facing role to implement strategies, policies, and data-driven projects to better inform business decisions covering Market Access, Pricing, performance and the overall commercial strategy. The role will focus on utilising data outputs from the data insights team to deliver measurable results and generating corporate material.

Business Development: co-ordinate the global selection and evaluation of in-licensing and co-development opportunities, assist in conducting market research and selecting potential partners, manage information sharing and lead the preparation of conferences and external-facing activities.

Commercial: support the co-ordination and management of key commercial launch projects covering both new developments and product acquisitions, liaise with local teams on their integration into the portfolio and align on commercial strategy.

Digital Marketing: assist with the creation of brand strategies by therapeutic area, carry out market landscape assessments, adapt global material toolbox into local brand activities, and support the setup of a digital content factory.

Data Analytics: supporting the growth of advanced data analytics across Pharmanovia, by working closely with global business leads to understand key business drivers and deliver clear insights through provision of high-quality automated data, KPI dashboards and regular reports.

ESG and Communications: support the implementation and development of the ESG framework throughout the organisation, manage expansive strategic partnerships and on-going initiatives, and formulate ideas for the growth and delivery of internal and external communications.
