This is an exciting fast-paced role that will have you working with counterparties from San Francisco to Tokyo (and everywhere in between), bringing to patients across the world innovative treatments in our key therapy areas, as well providing you with a unique opportunity to learn from the best and work alongside some of the world’s leading advisory practices, consultants, and investment banks. During this 2-year program you will have the opportunity to get real hands-on experience and contribute to large-scale real-world pharmaceutical acquisition and licensing projects.
Reporting to the Associate VP Corporate Development, you will be an integral member of the Pharmanovia Corporate Development team, providing first-rate representation of the company, and building on our existing credibility, to position Pharmanovia as a global partner of choice for innovative, orphan and value-add medicines.
Working in tandem with the global team, and regional commercial affiliates and partners, you will proactively identify and assess new product opportunities that support the development of a profitable and sustainable pipeline, that delivers 3 to 5 new product launches globally each year. Opportunities can take the form of licensing, distribution or co-development deals and you will play a key role in the assessment and completion of each transaction. You will help co-ordinate attendance and meetings schedules at conferences, and ensure all activity is fully tracked and captured in monthly reports. You may also be involved in identifying potential acquisition targets and coordinating their evaluation.
