We seek to extensively engage with clinical communities to communicate product improvements and prioritise environmental, social, and governance considerations across the business and workforce.

Pharmanovia’s therapeutic areas include Cardiovascular, Oncology, Endocrinology and Neurology.

The role:

  • Developing targeted and dynamic marketing plans: online shop positioning, exploring consumer insights
  • Developing a responsive and measurable promotion strategy and building activity platforms
  • Working with online partners to ensure our online sales target is achieved through personalised digital content
  • Online sales performance and analysis, providing business insights and opportunities related to targeted consumers behaviours
  • Developing digital awareness via social media tactics and O2O call to action for targeted patients
  • Managing relationships with external e-commerce agencies (JD, Ali, Meituan etc.)
  • Managing all online marketing channels and media, including digital and social media
  • Supporting digital marketing projects for both acquisition projects and established products
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical, multi-channel market access, compliance, procurement, and medical associations
  • Controlling budgets
  • Working with the wider local and international marketing teams to execute digital marketing strategy and develop patients’ content strategy

About you:

We are also looking for the following:

  • Degree in life science, pharmacy and/or marketing
  • Experience of local compliance and regulations for content development and promotion
  • Digital marketing, brand management and social media communications experience gained in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or bio-medical industry
  • Knowledge of marketing complex, scientific or medical products online and local promotional regulations and restrictions
  • A deep understanding of Chinese e-commerce platform business models and social media ecosystem
  • Experience in running successful digital marketing and e-commerce campaigns for Chinese consumers
  • Relationship-building skills and experience of working successfully with online partners
  • Ability to develop and build innovative online marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital initiatives across digital ecosystems, including social media platforms: Weibo, Wechat, Baidu, Tmall, JD store, Zhihu, Zhida, Kuaishou, Tiktok, RED/Xiaohongshu
  • Understanding of online consumer trends, consumer journey mapping, data points, data management and data analysis skills
  • Strong personal management skills including time management, workload prioritisation, responsiveness, multi-tasking, and flexibility
  • Excellent English language skills
