Reporting to general manager MEA, as Country Manager you will be responsible for Pharmanovia business in Turkey including managing Pharmanovia local MA holding legal entity, leading both regulatory and local entity general management activities including managing the relations with authorities, distribution, and manufacturing partners.
You will provide strategic business direction to achieve Pharmanovia ambitious performance objectives. These objectives include the successful establishment of the legal entity, compliance with local regulations and achievement of company revenue and profit targets, maximise brands and product lifecycle opportunities, ensure successful promotion and supply of products, as well as integration and launch of new products in the region.
You will have a track record of managing business within the specialty pharma space. As well as hands-on experience in managing partners and distributors we are also looking for:
