As our Associate Global Brand Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the global launches of Pharmanovia’s Sleep Disorders franchise in all current and future markets. You will be responsible for designing and implementing promotional materials and programs. You’ll work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure sales force implementation and launch performance are executed to perfection.
You will be reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director and will be a part of the Strategic Marketing business area, led by the Chief Brand Officer.
The department has an ethos of continuous improvement, refining systems and creating efficiencies. This, along with the rapid growth of the business, leads to a varied and dynamic working environment.
To succeed in this role, you must have a results-oriented mindset, with a talent for building clear project plans, collaborating with advertising agencies, managing project budgets, and delivering promotional materials and training tools. You’ll need to be systematic and organised in your approach with an ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
